Ordering Information

All our prices include GST and there are no credit card surcharges

Delivery is generally via Australia Post (either Express Post or registered mail), postage cost is added to the price of the item on checkout.

You can use any of the below methods to order a product from us:

Direct Deposit

Email us to request a price including postage and then make a direct deposit (via net bank, electronic fund transfer or deposit at counter) into the following bank account:

Ensure that you provide your name as reference, so that your order can be recognised. Please also note that when paying personally at a bank counter you may not be able to enter a reference name. Keep the deposit receipt as proof, in case it is required.

Once the direct deposit payment has been made, send an e-mail to sales@medianow.com.au and provide details of the items purchased, your name, telephone number and the full postal address to which you want the goods delivered.

Please note - Items will be posted after funds have been received.

PayPal or Credit Card

To order using PayPal or a credit card, click on the Buy Now button next to the product you want to purchase.

You don't have to be a PayPal member to purchase using this method. PayPal accepts Visa and Mastercard

You can also go to PayPal and send money to sales@medianow.com.au - This is useful when paying agreed amounts other than those indicated (eg. discounted items, bulk prices, etc.)

Cheque or Money Order

Customers, please note:

  • All products are in stock unless shown otherwise in the product pages.
  • Unless prior arrangements have been made via e-mail, we do not accept orders for items not in stock, the Buy Now buttons are disabled in these situations and you should not pay for such items any other way.
  • We acknowledge receipt of orders within 24 hours.
  • If you have not received an-email from us, please e-mail us again, as your e-mail or our acknowledgement could have been lost.
